Charming Blue Cruise call....  

This definition of blue voyage comes from the book of the same name by Azra Erhat. Erhat, one day, followed by the call of her friend Cevat Şakir sailed to the fairy tales Blue Voyage. These voyages following the routes of the fisherman of Halikarnas to the unknown bays of the Aegean and Mediterranean in discovery of the hidden heavens. 

Here's the story. Halikarnas the fisherman who was banished to Bodrum. Bodrum not as we know it today! However, he transformed this exile into full pleasure. How was that achieved? Of course, we will go on a blue voyage and take these tales and our valuable guests to experience the tours...  

Halikarnas the fisherman took a boat and disappeared for days in blue. During these tours, he discovered the bays, was interested in the nature, listened to the vast blue, wrote about his discoveries. He was so inspired by his findings, that he introduced these beautiful discoveries to us with his writings.  

Halikarnas the fisherman, returning to Bodrum.  

The fisherman Halikarnas, who understands that he is experiencing such joy, had been told to return to Istanbul, to complete his remaining punishment. However, later Halikarnas the fisherman returned to Bodrum, after completing his compulsory days in Istanbul... He was dreaming about his trips on the boat again, because every moment...  

In 1945, he wrote a letter to all his fellow writers and poets. He wanted them all to be in Izmir on the date he set. This call Sabahattin Eyüboğlu, Bedri Rahmi, Erol Guney, Sabahattin Ali, Samim Kocagöz and at the last minute Necati Cumalı participated. They embarked on a voyage on the Aegean coast, with a little bit of a boat, tobacco, a lot of raki and water. 

They didn't listen to the radio, or go ashore, unless they really had to. Purposes lost in the blue heaven called the basement where none of them went...

So, it happened! and they repeated this journey every year. Azra Erhat, who participated in the trip in the following years, said in her book ' Blue Voyage ' the day of the Aegean and the Mediterranean, the days of the voyage in the Sea, the name of the ' Blue Voyage ' remained...
